Abstracts and Clinical Conundrums Instructions

Abstracts and Clinical Conundrums that address the multiple contexts of health pertaining to the pediatric or perinatal field are invited for podium presentations.

Abstracts submitted should address the clinical research and/or data driven studies (retrospective studies, case studies, ethical dilemmas and quality/ performance improvement initiatives) in the pediatric or perinatal fields. Abstracts accepted for poster presentation will be judged and a monetary award will be given.

Clinical Conundrums submissions should be on rare, interesting and exciting cases with a definitive or likely diagnosis that presented as a diagnostic dilemma or cases with uncommon presentation of common illnesses that prove to be challenging to diagnose and/or to manage. Clinical Conundrums accepted for oral presentation will be judged and a monetary award will be given

The Committee hopes to include cases that will further patient care by inspiring a change in clinical practice within your practice, advance the education of health care providers and spark future research. Priority will be given to submissions that engage the audience in an interactive manner

 Deadline for Abstract Submission

The submission deadline is, Thursday, April 12, 2024 by 12:00 pm. You are strongly encouraged to submit abstracts as soon as possible. Since the conference program must be finalized and presenters notified in time for preconference coordination, it may not be possible to accept late proposals. If your case is selected you will be notified on April 22, 2014.

Presenter Information

Due to budgetary restrictions, it is not possible to waive registration fees for program presenters. All presenters will be expected to register and pay appropriate conference registration fees.
